ILRS golfers shine in Gurkha Welfare Trust Charity Golf Day
LRS were delighted to send a 4 four-man team to represent the company at a charity Golf Day in Bristol which was hosted by the Gurkha Welfare Trust. The GWT supports many worthwhile causes across Nepal, providing financial, medical and development aid to Gurkha Veterans, their families and communities. The sun shone and our golfers excelled, finishing s very respectable 6th place. Laxman Pun, Operations Director said: “It was a great opportunity to meet old friends, establish new contacts and build our relationship with the Gurkha Welfare Trust.”

InLine Risk Solutions moves across to TRAKTIC
ILRS has recently realigned our workforce management and rostering process by migrating from 3 legacy systems across to a single integrated ‘TRACKTIK’ platform. Vince Gaunt, Head of Operational Delivery managed the transition over a 3-month period and has been delighted with the results. “TRACKTIK has enabled us to merge three systems into one, which not only has enabled us to optimise our security workforce management processes but also has realised significant cost savings.”
Training for the headquarters team started early in 2022 before rolling the system out to all of our field locations. Designed to be simple to use and operated from a mobile device or desktop computer, it’s safe to say that TRACKTIK has been a great success at both Head Office and in the field. Another great example of how ILRS continues to look for improvements and drive efficiencies across all areas of the business.
